Any customized product is final sale due to the personalized nature of monogrammed items.
If your order is unsatisfactory because of a mistake made on our part, we will replace it as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.
If you are unhappy with your order because of a mistake made on your part, we will help you correct it and share the costs of replacing it.
Non-Personalized Items
If our team receives the merchandise unused within 30 days of the purchase date, store credit or a refund can be issued to the original form of payment.
Any item that is purchased on sale, clearance, or at a discount of any kind are final sale.
Exchanges are not guaranteed, but must be completed within the 30 day window after the purchase date if applicable. Contact us to see if your item(s) are eligible for exchange.
