Personalized Items

Any customized product is final sale due to the personalized nature of monogrammed items.

 

If your order is unsatisfactory because of a mistake made on our part, we will replace it as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.

 

If you are unhappy with your order because of a mistake made on your part, we will help you correct it and share the costs of replacing it.

Return Policy

Non-Personalized Items

If our team receives the merchandise unused within 30 days of the purchase date, store credit or a refund can be issued to the original form of payment.

 

Any item that is purchased on sale, clearance, or at a discount of any kind are final sale

Exchanges are not guaranteed, but must be completed within the 30 day window after the purchase date if applicable. Contact us to see if your item(s) are eligible for exchange.

Turnaround Time

Online Orders

We do our absolute best to get your item(s) to you as soon as possible. Our team works very hard to have your orders ready for shipping within 3 days. If you do not receive an email with shipping information after this period, feel free to contact us to check on the status of your order.

Personalized items may take longer to ship than non-personalized items. Additionally, larger orders may take longer to ship than smaller orders. You are always welcome to reach out to us before placing your order if you have any concerns about receiving your order by a certain date.

Orders Placed in Person

Our goal is always to have orders ready for pickup on the same day that they are placed. We work as quickly as possible, without compromising quality, to get your item(s) back to you within a few hours. Your exact turnaround time will be determined by how many orders are in front of yours - we work on items in the order that we receive them.

If it is not possible to have your order ready for same day pickup (for whatever reason), it will be ready for pickup on the next business day. The exception to this is bulk orders of 6+ items. A pickup time for bulk orders will be discussed at the time the order is placed.

Pricing

In-store Purchases and Online Orders

Items bought from us come with a free standard monogram. You don't have to pay extra for personalization!

Appliqué, phrases, multiple placements/framings, etc. are all add-ons that sometimes cost extra.

 

We do our best to accommodate these requests for online orders and we will work with you the best we can.

Outside Items

One name or three initials up to 4" tall is $12.

One line credentials are $12.

Double names or two lines of credentials are $15.

A number or single initial up to 4" tall is $10.
