Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide only the best quality products at the lowest possible price. However, we understand sometimes things do not work out as planned. In the case that you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product, or need to exchange it for a different size/color, you have 30 days to return the item unworn and with the tags still attached. This does NOT include personalized items. All personalized items are FINAL SALE. If a mistake is made on our end, we will gladly rectify the situation if you contact us ASAP after receiving the item.

Personalized Items: Most personalized items will ship within 2-3 business days. If an item will take longer to prepare, you will be contacted within 24 hours of purchase so you can know when to expect your order.

Non-Personalized Items: Items with no personalization being added will be shipped out in 1-2 business days.
